Nuremberg, Germany (July 2005): German trainer Jürgen Klinsmann wasn’t the only one to draw important conclusions from the matches between Germany and the artists of South American football, Brazil and Argentina: the organizers of the World Cup 2006 were also on hand to assess the state of readiness of the venue, Nuremberg’s Franken Stadium.
Ken Bridges Audio and Video of Corpus Christi installed a vast distributed sound system at the new stadium, comprised of over 200 EV EVID surface mountable and 48 EVSx300PIX weatherproof loudspeakers - an ideal balance of visual style, rugged reliability and high performance - much like Nolan Ryan himself.
All the finals took place in this 14,000-seater, 22,000 square meter multi-function hall, and they passed off without a single technical hitch! The installed sound system from EVI Audio (see list below) proved a particular success.
“We were approached by the Heritage Church to provide systems for the various rooms newly designed into the old theatre space, which comprise of the Heritage Oak Room (main performance space, capacity 350), the Live Oak Room (coffee bar-style performance venue, capacity 68), Blue Oak Room (conference/small event space, occupancy 88), and a fully equipped game room.
