The boutique hotel and resort VEER boasts the largest fixed audio installation in all of Lebanon. The centerpiece is formed by Electro-Voice XLVC line arrays with XLD elements and Xsubs. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the installation was Electro-Voice’s Lebanese distribution partner AMAC. Lebanon’s latest hotspot is called VEER, a luxurious boutique hotel and resort, which opened recently in the region of Kaslik north of Beirut.

125,000 spectators last month experienced thrilling Formula One racing with Electro-Voice at Silverstone. In addition to a fixed installation above the victors’ rostrum, the production involved the provision of sound reinforcement for the fringe programme. The solutions featured XLC-DVX line-array elements with FIR Drive, Xsubs and TG7 power amplifiers.   Silverstone is as integral a part of the history of Formula One as the tyres are of the racing cars themselves; it was, after all, at this 6km course in 1950 that the first ever Formula One race was staged, and the Northamptonshire track has remained ever since one of the preferred venues for major events.

The cultural and sports hall in Ertingen has been equipped with totally new audio equipment. It features an EVA line array system from Electro-Voice’s EV-Innovation family. Pro Sound Solutions Romania recently equipped a top Bucharest club with Electro-Voice sound reinforcement equipment. The installation featured a variety of RX and EV-Innovation series loudspeakers, Xsubs and EVID cabinets as well as TG7 amplifiers, Dx46 signal processors and microphones. The new system made its debut at a concert given by the multi-talented Ioan Gyuri Pascu at the end of April.
