Network of Italian Electro-Voice rental companies

Straubing/Renate, Italy, August 2009Electro-Voice’s Italian distribution partner, Texim s.r.l., has created a rental network to which some 20 Italian production companies currently adhere. The aims of the network are better collaboration, freer exchange of information, and mutual support in the realization of major projects. The team from Texim also offers members regular training events and seminars, at its own headquarters in Renate, Italy, which focus on special applications and technical innovations from Electro-Voice.

“The idea of the rental network is to harness the team spirit that exists within the industry,“ says Pierfranco Galeone, managing director of Texim s.r.l. “It allows members to combine resources as well as share ideas and experiences, leaving them better equipped to meet the steepening challenges of today’s concert sound business.“ Three months after the launch of the initiative, it is clearly proving a success. “The feedback from our partners has been tremendous,“ says Galeone. “Clearly, we’ve tapped into a real need.“
