EV X-LINE MAKES AN IMPACT IN MONTERREY

A number of major venues around Monterrey have been given the EV treatment, upping the ante and exceeding the expectations of production crews for such international touring acts as Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Garbage, Moby and The White Stripes, along with homegrown heroes like Moderno, one of Mexico’s premier metal acts. Next on the roster is a show with Mexican legends Tigres del Norte.

Armed with an EV inventory including (24) Xvls and (8) Xvlt boxes along with (48) P3000 amplifiers, Serpro Producciones’ Renato Betancourt reported: “Our EV equipment is continuously working at some of the biggest tours to visit Mexico, in venues like the Auditorio Coca Cola and Moderato Arena in Monterrey. The X-Line is racking up a long list of outstanding sonic performances for major artists at sold out shows. The rig sounds incredibly musical, and, of course, EV reliability means we have excellent sound reinforcement night after night. The artists love it and we love working with it.“
