In Schmittinger, EVI Audio has secured the services of a man with a proven track record as a pro audio specialist. For over 25 years, this passionate guitarist and singer has been gathering experience in different sectors of the musical instruments and pro audio industries, and can point to such successes as the creation of an international distribution network for a recording equipment manufacturer, and most recently a profitable spell in the role of Director of Business, Central Europe, for a large American manufacturer.

Known for his empathy as much as his decisiveness, Markus is already relishing his new role, as, he explained earlier this month: “the task of helping to push this legendary microphone brand even further to the forefront of people’s awareness is an exciting one.“
