Bosch Security Systems, Inc. announces Customer Service Shining Rock Star Award Winner for 2008!

Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Communications Systems Division is delighted to announce Cherry Clemens as the winner of its Customer Service Shining Rock Star Award for 2008!

Cherry started at Telex in January 2001 as a Customer Service Representative for the Aviation division, and has since cross-trained on the pro audio product lines in the Communications Systems portfolio. Cherry’s exceptional customer service skills have been further developed outside the office environment, through regular attendance at aviation trade shows and visits with key customers.

Cherry lives in Shakopee, Minnesota with her husband Al, her 16 year-old daughter Heather, and her dogs Foxy and Mandy. Cherry enjoys reading, walking her dogs, spending time with her family, camping in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter.

“It is a great honor to be presented with this award,“ says Cherry. “I really enjoy customer service - to be the voice for such a great company is very rewarding. There are a lot of opportunities working for Bosch, and it’s great to be part of the team. I’d like to share this award with my colleagues - working together with such great leaders and role models has helped us become the company we are today. I look forward to many more wonderful years of learning and service!“

The goal of the Bosch Customer Service Shining Rock Star program is to recognize team members who have gone the extra mile to help our customers. We will recognize, reward, and celebrate team members who are creative, take initiative to solve problems, and who work to exceed the customer’s expectation. All employees of the customer service group, receptionists, and sales administration are eligible for nomination.
