Featuring the first major sound installation at a digital cinema in southwestern China’s Yunnan province, the Dadi digital cinema in Dali City is a two screen, state-of-the-art facility that sets a template for Dadi & EV's continued success in the industry.
During the project’s initial stages, the decision-makers at Dadi ventured home and abroad to research sound solutions for their development plan, cross-referencing cinema sound offerings from manufacturers around the world, becoming well-versed in cinema sound technology in the process. Dadi and their consultants finally agreed upon EV’s THX™-approved Variplex M Series cinema loudspeaker systems and EV CPS2 amplifiers, citing the system’s ideal balance of leading-edge technology, integrative capability and crystalline sound quality as a winning formula.
Dadi digital cinema, Dali City employs the latest Variplex M three-way speakers, TL440M subwoofers and SL10-2V surround sound speakers.
