ELECTRONIC BARGAINS HOSTS ELECTRO-VOICE DEMO NIGHT

 

Electronic Bargains in Brockton, MA, played host to an Electro-Voice demo night at the Canoe Club Ballroom in West Bridgewater, MA, on March 22. Representatives from Electro-Voice teamed up with the sales staff at Electronic Bargains and Audio Pros Sales Reps to bring deals, demos and the band Midnight Shakedown to the Canoe Club Ballroom for a three-hour demo and sales extravaganza.

A full line of products was on display, hooked up ready to demo for all in attendance. Models ranging from the EV Eliminator series all the way up to the Dynacord XA2 complete system were there for disc jockeys, bands and nightclub owners to test and listen to the difference that the Electro-Voice products deliver. Popular models on display that night for the mobile DJ included the Electro Voice SxA250 powered speakers as well as the new D-Lite 2002 system from Dynacord. Also on display and used throughout the night were the ever popular Electro Voice RE-2 wireless microphones.

“We brought in the band Midnight Shakedown to play two 45-minute sets of live music through a range of different model speaker systems,” reports Brian Robinson of Electronic Bargains, “and, in addition to the band, several top local DJs were in attendance, spinning the latest dance music on the same Electro-Voice and Dynacord systems. All in all, everyone in attendance was able to hear both live music and pre-recorded music through many different EV systems, and the sales of those speakers that night was a true testament to the value and quality of the Electro Voice line of products!”

Mark Storm, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, was in attendance from Electro-Voice, giving away free door prizes, and speaking about the history of Bosch Communications Systems (parent company of Electro-Voice and Dynacord), as well as the features and benefits of the Electro-Voice and Dynacord products. In addition to Electro-Voice and Dynacord products, Midnight Shakedown also played through several other Bosch Communications Systems brand products such as the Midas Venice 320 Console and Klark Teknik processors. “The event was a huge success,” says Storm, “and Electronic Bargains and Electro-Voice were able to deliver the product knowledge to all customers in attendance.”
