TG7

Tour Grade Amplifier

Tour Grade amplifiers have a microprocessor controlled operation management system that provides useful features such as compound thermal management (preventing amps from switching off in excessive thermal environment), automatic mains voltage detection and a circuit breaker control that allows the TG-7 to operate on a 30A (120V) or 16A (230V) circuit breaker with normal music signal.

Tour Grade amplifiers use a grounded bridge 3-step class-H topology to ensure the highest acoustic performance and reliability. The TG Series also offers the power and transient response to drive subwoofers along with the low distortion for critical HF signals. The high capacity switchmode power supply provides the headroom needed to ensure high dynamic outputs and reliable operation on extreme low loads.

RCM-26
The RCM-26 remote control module adds an extensive suite of state of the art DSP as well as the most sophisticated and advanced supervision and monitoring system available.  A full compliment of IIR filters, signal routing, level control, compression and limiting are provided, as well as linear phase FIR filters and zero-latency FIR filters to provide the utlimate in loudspeaker optimization. Multiple presets can be stored and loaded and all parameters are fully adjustable offline or online and in real-time.Through the IRIS-Net interface, a complete set of monitoring and supervision features are at your fingertips-including VU metering, power consumption, temperature, amplifier status, load monitoring and status. Additionally, IRIS-Net provides EV's unique One Button System Check, allowing operators to see the state and status of all amplifiers and loudspeakers in a matter of seconds with a single click of a button. The RCM-26 also offers an AES3 (AES/EBU) input to allow two channels of digital audio to be fed directly into the amplifier without the need for additional A/D conversion.  A loop-through connector is also provided for the cascading of multiple devices. The RCM-26 and Tour Grade Series of amplifiers set a new standard for power, processing and control in the most demanding of applications.
UCC1
The UCC1 USB-CAN Converter is a bi-directional USB-to-CAN interface for connecting PC or Notebook computers to Electro-Voice devices with CAN interfaces, such as the DSP Precision Series Amplifiers, RCM-26 module for Tour Grade Series Amplifiers and REV Wireless Microphone receivers. The UCC1 is a standalone unit with interface drivers for CAN and USB, audio monitoring output for amplifier channels, USB and CAN controllers for converting commands and data between PC and CAN-bus-units. The isolated CAN-bus interface reduces ground-loop interference noise to an absolute minimum. The UCC1 receives its operational power via USB from the connected PC, so that no external power supply unit is needed. The compact UCC1 adapter is mainly aimed for connection to a laptop or notebook computer. However, the supplied 19“ front panel allows trouble-free integration in a rack system.Up to 5 UCC1s can be used on a single network to create multiple monitoring and control positions.
