Having found a recipe for sonic success at the renowned Starstruck lounge in Kolkata (also an all-EV house), Venom owner Mr. Bunty Sethi enlisted the services of Manoj Bhatia of Promises Instruments to exceed the expectations of Kolkata clubbers once again at Venom.

The main dance floor at the club features 4x QRx115/75 full-range loudspeakers, running with 2x QRx218 subs. Headroom is handled with 2x Dynacord L2400 amplifiers. Even at massive SPLs, the system is smooth and distortion free. Other EV gear on the main room spec includes 1x Dx38 processing, 1x SxA250 powered DJ monitor, and 2x RE-2 N7 wireless microphone systems, featuring handhelds with N/D767a supercardioid elements.

The lounge area at Venom is equally well appointed, with tried and tested EV solutions for distributed audio comprised of 4x Sx300 and 4x Sx80 boxes, managed by 1x Dx38 processor and powered by 2x Dynacord S1200 amplifiers.
