Electro-Voice Microphones

Five Families. Every Voice Covered.

From the working band's first vocal mic to the voice of broadcast — and two wireless platforms to cut the cable. What makes each family special, and which one belongs on your stage.

Broadcast & Interview — the RE Legacy

The specialists, in radio studios since 1968. Lean in or sit back and you sound like yourself either way: Variable-D holds your tone steady across your working distance on the RE20, RE27N/D, and RE320, so the low end doesn't swell when you get close. The RE50 gets there from the other end, omnidirectional so proximity effect never shows up at all, shock-mounted and blast-filtered for newsrooms & live remotes.

ND Series — the Stage Standard

The step up, for pub stages & festival fields. Four vocal models, from the cardioid ND76 to the ND96 and the presence switch that pushes you through a loud mix. On the kit, the ND44 and ND46 aim by pivot, so you're not moving the stand mid-set.

8 mics · Vocal + instrument

PL Series — the Working Band's Kit

Start here, priced for the gig bag. The PL80a is supercardioid and shock-mounted, so the mic stays quiet when you don't. On the kit, the PL33 takes kick and the PL35 snare and toms, clamp built in, for rehearsal rooms & rented stages.

5 mics · Vocals + drums

RE3 — Pro UHF Wireless

The pro platform. Pick your capsule and it threads onto the same transmitter, so an ND96 for the loud room and an RE520 for the quiet one don't cost you two systems. Then build the rack out with diversity receivers, splitters & chargers.

9 configurations · Interchangeable heads

R300 — Wireless Made Simple

Press ClearScan. It finds the clearest of 32 channels, then EZsync sets your transmitter over infrared, so you're not hunting frequencies before a service. Handheld, lavalier, or headworn, for classrooms & sanctuaries.

3 systems · One-button setup
